Exterior Improvements

We continue to enhance the exterior appearance with new landscaping. Old original and tired bushes and plants are being removed, beds are being re-cut and new plant groupings are being installed. Along with the new lighting, parking lot sealing and general maintenance the complex maintains it's quiet elegance and inviting appearance.

Parking Lot Lighting

Lights through out the complex and parking area have been updated. Poles refurbished where needed and new fixtures installed. The lights themselves are very effcient and more luminis. A great deal of deliberation and investigation went into the choices of lites both to archetectural design and with consideration to lighting direction for effciency and nusance to our neighbors directly behind the complex.

Dumpster Area Camera and Signs

The dumpster is now being monitored by several survelance cameras. The on going issues of non complex teanent/owner misues of this facility is always an issue for management and an item before the boad. We contiune to urge our members to know and understand the rules about the use of the dumpster and if you use an outside cleaning service please make sure that they are aware that only trash from FOP is to be placed in the complex dumpster and placed in the proper containers. Decks

Decks will be inspected and any needed repairs made. The decks are basically new so this is a matter of normal maintence. The replacement of surface boards and railings several years ago made a huge improvement in the overall appearence of the entire complex we want to keep that nice look.
