The Annual Meeting of the owners was held in the conference room at the Montgomery Medical Association at 1:00 PM April.20, 2016

Condo Fees Held to 2015 Rate!

The Annual Meeting was once again lightly attended but with proxies in hand a quorum was declared. The highlight a very positive report of our financials. With this in mind and in consideration of the current economy the one year moratorium on raising the Condominium Fees will continue through 2016.

Other meeting high lights

Spring spruce up to our landscaping is under way with the cherry trees along Crabbs Branch having been trimmed to allow use of the side walk, a few unhealthy shrubs will be replaced, the annuals will go into the entry way beds. Mowing has already begun. The dead trees behind the dumpster area are actually the property of the home owners association behind us, they have been contacted and will be having them removed in the near future.

Election

All sitting Board Members agreed to remain Your Board Members are listed in the left had column of the members page for easy future reference.
Decks


The repair of the decks was completed this fall, a full year earlier than originally anticipated and presents a huge overall improvement to both the overall look of the complex and to the safety for regular use of the back entrances.

FOP Sign Clutter Addressed!

The complex has continued to be free of sign clutter. Addressing the plethora of realtor signs willy-nilly all over the landscape areas has made a huge difference in the appearance of the grounds. Ethan Bernardie of HBW says "Franklin Office Park always shows well. The grounds are well kept and the overall first impression is very positive".

Front door parking is limited to two spaces per unit there is additional parking in the rear along the tree side of the lot. Please do not park on the door side in the back unless it is your door.

Overnight Parking must be in the designated area in the back near the dumpsters.

Use of the complex dumpsters is restricted to those businesses within the complex and to office trash only.
